Our Managing Director, Joel, is a results-driven hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience managing bars and restaurants in five-star luxury and lifestyle establishments.
Throughout his career, Joel has worked across more than four continents, successfully leading teams of over 50 staff members. He brings a global mindset and a sharp eye for talent, specialising in hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds and using creative strategies to ensure clients receive top-tier, highly motivated candidates.
